How to Create a DanberKidz Account

Creating a DanberKidz account is simple and ensures you’re ready to connect with trusted caregivers or parents. Follow the steps below to complete your setup.

Step 1: Go to the Website

• Visit danberkidz.com

Step 2: Start the Sign-Up Process

• Tap the Get Started button on the Top Navigation Bar.

Step 3: Enter Your Information

• Enter your U.S. 10-digit phone number.
• Tap Next to proceed.

Step 4: Verify Your Account

• A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your phone via SMS.
• Enter the 6-digit OTP when prompted.
  • Tip: If you don’t receive the OTP within 1 minute, tap Resend Code to get a new one.

Step 5: Create Your Account

• After account verification, you’ll move on to profile setup.
• Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth.
• Fill in any additional details like:
  • Email Address
  • Home Address
• Tap Save to complete your profile.

Step 6: Choose a Trial or Subscription

For Parents:

• Start a 30-day free trial to explore the app’s features.

For Caregivers:

• Select a membership plan to activate your account. (Caregivers are not eligible for a trial due to the cost of the background check.)

Once your trial or subscription is activated, you’ll gain full access to the app.

Step 7: Complete Stripe ID Verification

• Once your subscription is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete Stripe ID Verification.
• Follow the steps to verify your identity, including:
  • Uploading a valid government-issued ID.
  • Providing additional information required by Stripe for verification.
• Once verified, proceed to the next step.

Step 8: Explore the DanberKidz App!

• Parents can browse caregiver profiles and make bookings.
• Caregivers can update availability, view bookings, and connect with parents.
